Mr. Blumenthal concentrates his practice on civil litigation, divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, other family law matters, guardianships, tortious injury, commercial law, collections, evictions, alternative dispute resolution and appeals.
Handling cases in all Indiana counties since 2001- with emphasis on clients' needs in Hamilton County (Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville and Westfield), Marion County, Madison County, Boone County and Tipton County.
Mr. Blumenthal earned his B.A. degree from Indiana University, Bloomington, and his J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law where he received the Paul F. McTighe, Jr. Award and was Senior Staff Editor for the Tulsa Law Review. Mr. Blumenthal is a member of the Hamilton County Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association and American Bar Association, and is licensed/admitted to practice at the Supreme Court of Indiana, Northern District of Indiana and Southern District of Indiana.
